Directions

From Faversham / M2, exit junction 6
Turn onto the A251 heading South in the direction of Ashford. Pass successively through the villages of North Street (2 miles) and Sheldwich (3 miles), before reaching Badlesmere (4 miles), turn right and follow the brown tourist signs for Belmont; a further 1.5 miles.

From Ashford / M20, exit junction 9
Take the A251, heading North in the direction of Faversham. Pass through the village of Boughton Aluph (2 miles), straight across the Challock roundabout (4 miles) and continue North until Badlesmere. Turn left and follow the brown tourist signs for Belmont; a further 1.5 miles.

Opening Times and Prices for 2010

House and Garden

Open Easter until September;
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays
Guided Tours 2:15pm, 2:45pm & 3:30pm prompt.
Prices are for Adults £7.00, Children (12-16yrs) £4.00, Concessions £6.00.
We are unable to take credit or debit card payments at this time

Groups by appointment Mondays through to Thursdays
Group tours (15+) £6.00 please reserve.

Gardens Only

Open all year round daily 10am to 6pm (or dusk if earlier) every day.
Admissions £4.00, Children (12-16yrs) £1.50, Concessions £2.00.

Specialist clock tour

Last Saturday of every month (April through to September), by prior booking.
The tour is conducted by the Senior Specialist, Horology of National Maritime Museum, Greenwich. Clock tours £12 please reserve.

The Tea Room is open

Located in the Courtyard beneath the Clock Tower, the Tea Room is open all year round on a self-service basis.
During the season afternoon tea is served from 3pm when the house is open.
