We are tucked away down some very narrow country lanes, but the way is signed from the A251 to help you find us! Directions and Opening Times can be found below.

Directions

From Faversham / M2, exit junction 6
Turn onto the A251 heading South in the direction of Ashford. Pass successively through the villages of North Street (2 miles) and Sheldwich (3 miles), before reaching Badlesmere (4 miles), turn right and follow the brown tourist signs for Belmont; a further 1.5 miles.

From Ashford / M20, exit junction 9
Take the A251, heading North in the direction of Faversham. Pass through the village of Boughton Aluph (2 miles), straight across the Challock roundabout (4 miles) and continue North until Badlesmere. Turn left and follow the brown tourist signs for Belmont; a further 1.5 miles.

House Opening Times and Prices

All prices are quoted per person

House & Garden ticket (guided tours only) are available on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays

Open from 1st April - 30th September;

Wednesday tour times :- 11:00am & 1:00pm

Weekend & BH Mon tour times :- 2.15pm & 3.15pm daily

Prices are for Adults £8.00, Children (12-16yrs) £5.00, Concessions £7.00.
Family Ticket £25 (2 adults, 2 children)
Groups by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays - please contact the Administrator on 01795890202
Group tours (12+) £7.00 please reserve in advance, parties of 12 or more people.

Gardens Only
The gardens are open daily throughout the year 10am to 6pm or dusk if earlier. Prices are for Adults £5.00, Children (12-16yrs) £2.50, Concessions £4.00.

Specialist Clock Tour
Last Saturday of every month (April through to September), by prior booking. The tour is conducted by the Senior Specialist, Horology, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich. Clock tours £15.00 per person please reserve.

Tea Room
Located in the Courtyard beneath the Clock Tower, the Tea Room is open all year round on a self-service basis. During the season light lunches are served on Wednesdays (see tearoom page for sample menu and times) and cream teas and homemade cakes are served at the weekends 1.00pm - 5.00pm.
