The Gardens are open throughout the year from 10am til dusk, we look forward to welcoming you on a wintery day.

The House is open for tours from April until the end of September - Saturdays and Sundays, first tour of the day 2.15pm.


Belmont Woodfest & Country Fair

Now in its fourth year, the Belmont Woodfest & Country Fair is an event not to be missed. We have lots of exciting woodland demonstrations taking place over the weekend including chainsaw carving, pole lathe turning, willow weaving, bushcraft and much more.

The main arena attractions run continuously throughout the day will include Xtreme Falconry, The Dog and Duck Show, Gun Dog demonstration (on Saturday only),  Ferret Racing, Terrier Racing, Fun Dog Show (Sunday only) and the Golden Retriever Display Team (Sunday only).

We have craft making activities, creepy claws animal display, climbing wall and boulder for the children to enjoy. With music, entertainment, local foods, craft stalls and a bar, whether you’re interested in wood or just looking for a great family day out, this show is for you.

This is a dog friendly show (please keep dogs on leads at all times). We look forward to welcoming you over this weekend.

Gate Prices: Adult £10, Concession £8 and Children under 16 free. Cash perferred on the gate.
